virtual intuitive eating coaching
Welcome, I’m Jemimah.
I’m a registered dietitian, who helps recovering perfectionists discover a more compassionate way to approach self-care and well-being. My passion lies in guiding individuals through the process of healing their relationship with food, mind, and body, so they can live more whole-heartedly and navigate life with an anchored and grounded sense of self.
When Eating Feels Hard
Eating can be a quiet moment to slow down, find comfort in a favorite food, or connect with a loved one. But for many, eating feels hard—especially when you find yourself overthinking each bite and worrying about what you should or shouldn’t eat.
This often shows up as:
Rigid food rules about what, when, and how much to eat
A loud, critical inner voice that judges your choices and is hard to quiet
Trying to eat “right” or be “good” with food, which often leads to feeling restricted or deprived. When you break a food rule, it often brings guilt, shame, and the belief that you can’t trust yourself with food. So you double down on discipline and willpower, only to feel more depleted each time.
Over time, these patterns create a disconnect between food, mind, body, and your sense of self.
A Different Way
You’re in the right place if:
You’re seeking a support person to guide you through the stuckness toward a place where food and eating feel like a natural, integrated part of you
You’re ready to find an approach to nourishment that is flexible, sustainable, and a compass to guide you through any season of life
An Invitation
I invite you to start a journey of compassionate self-(re)discovery, where you can heal your relationship with food, mind, and body. Through our work together, you’ll learn to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels nurturing and supportive.
I hope that you’ll take a seat at the dinner table and finally come home to you.
